Welcome to Blooming Green. My name is Ruby, a college student, independent who went through some financial troubles myself at a young age but was able to become financially free. I created Blooming Green to prevent people from getting into debt, help them out of debt, help others plan and save for their future, and also help those ease into a budget and financial plan.
